Do you sell Gift Cards?
Yes! Brushed Up now has E-Gift Cards available for purchase online. You can send them directly to the recipient at time of purchase or for a future date!
Do you take walk-ins?
No, unfortunately at this time we do not accommodate walk-ins due to our limited schedule. You can book seamlessly with us online, send us an email or give us a call.
What kind of services does Brushed Up offer?
At this time we offer only gel manicure services.
What if I already have gel polish on my nails?
For clients with existing gel polish manicures, please select your service WITH gel removal as this adds the appropriate amount of time for your appointment. Please keep in mind that we do not remove acrylic or hard gel.
Do you offer group appointments and private parties?
As we are a single artist studio, all requests for group appointments must be sent to us by email or by calling. We will try our best to accommodate you!
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 6 hours before the beginning of your appointment.
When booking your appointment keep in mind there is someone else who would like the same spot, so please book accordingly!
Any appointments canceled after the 6-hour mark will be charged 50% of the original total and no shows will be required to pay 100% of their appointment total.
What if I'm running late for my appointment?
Please send me a message immediately when you know you will be running late for your appointment. I will do my best to accommodate your original service but sometimes booking times will only allow for a modified service. I encourage you to come a few minutes early to choose your design.
Do you repair peeling gel?
I am happy to repair a gel manicure within one week of your original appointment. Please feel free to email or message me to speak about it.
Do you offer private parties?
